Brief Introduction
Mr. Conti Wong has extensive experiences in advising on both contentious and non-contentious commercial matters. His practice focuses on corporate finance, insolvency, debt restructuring and commercial litigation. He has advised companies and sponsors on initial public offerings and listings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and has been involved in numerous corporate project financing and debt restructuring projects in Asia.

Conti represents and advises clients on various shareholders dispute proceedings involving listed, public and private companies. He also advises on mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, setting up of trust and intellectual property matters.
